Local Small Business Website Hacked?

Share:
Just a few weeks ago I find a nice local small business site. It's owned by a small business ring in my town. For now the service is still local, but they are hoping to spread their wings to National and even better, International.

Going National or International is a big possibility, I think. They have what it takes to do it. High customer service and consistent excellent quality of work can be recognizable from their quality service. As a local townsfolk, I would be support their effort and work, and I would surely be very proud if a local small business from my town going International. Hard work surely, but reachable.

About three days ago I was shocked when their website can't be opened. I keep trying and after 30 minutes, it opened, but that's not the page used to be there. It's only a white page saying Directory Listing Denied. Looks like the directory doesn't have index.html file.

Curiously, I contact their office to get information about their website. Maybe it's under maintenance, I think. But their answer was shocking me again. The site was attacked! For now they still don't know who and what motives behind this attack. I hope they can fix it right away and the site can be up again.

For whoever hack the site, shame of you! Do you think you are so smart with your so-called hacking technique? You're no more than an ugly kid looking for attention.
